Registration for the Kelly Brush Foundation Century Ride is now closed.

Start a Team: Complete this form to sign up for the ride as a team leader. As the team captain, you will organize the team, create a team name, and set a fundraising goal. From there, each member of your team, including you, will create their own fundraising page and is responsible for collecting pledges.

Team options:

1. Century Team - unlimited members, all riding 100 miles
2. 4 Member Team - each riding one 25 mile leg
3. 3 Member Team - two riding 25 miles, one riding 50 miles
4. 2 Member Team - each riding 50 miles

**All teams are responsible for organizing their own rides to and from the water/food station.

Register as an Individual: Complete this form to sign up for the ride and create your own fundraising page. Your custom page may include 2-3 photos of your choice, a personal message, up-to-date information on your fundraising goal, and a list of who has donated. The site also allows you to email your personal page to friends and family.

NOTE: In order to secure your bib number, there is a mandatory entry fee of $150.00. Registration deadline is September 10th, 2008. Late entry fee is $250.00. PLEASE try to avoid day-of registration!
